TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 13th October 2026
Welcome to E&A Premium Foods. These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use our website and purchase products from us.
Please read these terms before ordering and keep a copy for your records. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
E&A Premium Foods is the trading name of E&A Premium Foods Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Company number: 16888870
Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UNITED KINGDOM
Email: support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk
VAT registration number, if applicable: 508413606
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this company.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. When you purchase products from our store, your contract for those products is with us.
2. These terms and our policies
These terms apply to purchases made by consumers for personal or household use. Please contact us separately about wholesale purchases or buying products for resale.
Please also read our:
-
Shipping Policy
-
Returns and Refund Policy
-
Privacy Policy
These policies provide further information about shipping, returns and how we handle personal information. They do not reduce your statutory rights.
3. Our products
Our product pages describe the goods you are buying, including the quantity, pack size, ingredients and relevant allergen information.
We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Photographs are illustrative, and natural food products may vary slightly in appearance between batches. This does not affect our obligation to supply products that match their description and meet your statutory rights.
Please check the ingredients and allergen information before ordering. If you have questions about a product, email support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk before purchasing.
Follow the storage and preparation instructions supplied with the product. If the label differs materially from the information you relied on when ordering, contact us before consuming it.
We will not substitute a different product or make a material change to an accepted order without your agreement.
4. Placing an order
Please check your products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We accept your order when we send an email confirming acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed at that point.
If we cannot accept an order—for example, because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraud—we will let you know. Any payment already taken for an order we cannot accept will be refunded promptly.
If you notice a mistake, email support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk as soon as possible. We will try to help, although we may be unable to change an order already being prepared or dispatched. This does not affect your cancellation or other statutory rights.
5. Prices, payment and promotions
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes.
Delivery charges and any other unavoidable charges will be disclosed before you place your order. The total payable will be shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Prices may change for future purchases. A price change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you with the correct price so you can decide whether to proceed. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Promotions may have additional conditions, such as an expiry date or minimum order value. These will be made available before purchase.
Any advertised saving applies to the comparison stated in the offer. Where a saving includes delivery charges, we will identify the delivery assumptions used.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom.
Available services, charges, delivery restrictions and expected delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy and during checkout where applicable.
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order.
If delivery is delayed, we will explain what has happened and the options available. If we refuse to deliver, or miss an agreed delivery deadline that was essential, you may cancel immediately. A deadline may be essential because of the circumstances or because you told us before ordering.
Otherwise, you can normally give us an appropriate additional period to deliver and cancel if we still fail to do so. Where you are entitled to cancel because of a delivery failure, we will refund the relevant payments without undue delay.
For deliveries arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until physically received by you or someone you nominate to receive them.
If an order is missing or arrives damaged, email support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk. We will investigate and deal with the courier where necessary.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Any reasonable additional redelivery charge arising from incorrect details you supplied will be explained and agreed with you first.
7. Cancelling because you have changed your mind
Subject to section 8, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
You can cancel from the time you place your order until 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the courier, receives the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period ends 14 days after the day the last goods arrive.
To cancel, email support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can also send a written cancellation to the business/contact address in section 1.
Please include your name and order number where possible. You may use the model cancellation form in our Returns and Refund Policy, but you do not have to.
Your cancellation is effective if you send it before the deadline. You do not need to wait for our reply or approval.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive and return it.
8. Food products and hygiene seals
We do not exclude all food products from cancellation simply because they are food.
However, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods supplied with a seal where the goods are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that seal has been broken after delivery.
This exception applies only where those conditions are met. Opening the outer delivery box alone does not remove your cancellation right.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged on delivery, unsafe or not as described.
9. Returning goods after cancellation
Please email support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk for return instructions so we can help route your return correctly.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. You do not need prior approval to exercise your statutory cancellation right.
Unless we agree another return address with you, goods can be returned to the business/contact address in section 1, or the registered office if no different business/contact address is listed.
Please package the goods securely and retain proof of postage. Use the original packaging where reasonably possible.
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return postage cost unless we have agreed to pay it. This does not apply where a return is required because we supplied faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. We will explain any deduction.
We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees for exercising your statutory cancellation right.
10. Refunds following cancellation
If you cancel your entire order under section 7, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option available for that order. If you selected a more expensive service, we do not have to refund the additional delivery cost.
We will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of your cancellation. However, unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
If the goods have not been dispatched, we will refund you within 14 days after being informed of your cancellation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur a fee for receiving the refund.
11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
We are legally required to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for their purpose.
If your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem.
Photographs can help us investigate, but providing photographs is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.
Do not consume a product you believe may be unsafe. Contact us for advice about its return or disposal.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to reject the goods and receive a refund, obtain a replacement or receive a price reduction. The short-term right to reject faulty goods normally lasts 30 days from delivery, although a shorter period can apply to goods reasonably expected to perish sooner. Other statutory remedies may remain available afterwards.
We will cover reasonable return costs where required for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. We may arrange collection or provide a prepaid return method.
Our change-of-mind cancellation deadlines and hygiene-seal restrictions do not limit these rights.
12. Events outside our reasonable control
If an event outside our reasonable control affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.
We will explain any revised delivery arrangements. This does not remove your rights concerning delivery delays, cancellation or refunds.
13. Our responsibility to you
If we breach these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or if, when the contract was made, both you and we knew it might happen.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights concerning the products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms cover consumer purchases. We do not accept liability under these consumer terms for business losses arising from commercial use or resale of the products.
14. Using our website
You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, transmitting malicious software, attempting unauthorised access or disrupting its operation.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or prevent unlawful activity. This will not remove your rights concerning an existing order.
Website content, including our branding, photographs and written material, belongs to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view, share links to, and save or print content for personal, non-commercial use.
These terms do not prohibit legitimate search-engine indexing or permitted automated discovery of publicly available pages. Automated access must respect applicable access controls and must not disrupt the website, bypass security or collect customers’ personal information.
15. Personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and how you can exercise your data-protection rights.
We use the contact details you provide to communicate about your order and respond to enquiries. Please tell us promptly if those details change.
16. Complaints and customer service
For questions, problems with an order or complaints, email support@eapremiumfoods.co.uk.
Please explain the issue and include your order number where available. We aim to respond within 10 calendar days.
This response target does not extend any statutory cancellation, refund or other legal deadline. You do not need to wait for our reply before exercising your rights.
We will investigate complaints fairly and explain the outcome and any proposed resolution. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will provide information about alternative dispute resolution where required by law.
You may also contact us in writing at the business/contact address in section 1.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page.
The terms in force when we accept your order will apply to that order. We will not retrospectively reduce your rights by publishing a new version.
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can operate fairly without it.
18. Governing law and courts
These terms and contracts made under them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.
You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
Nothing in these terms restricts rights concerning governing law or court jurisdiction that cannot legally be restricted.
